Pricing
- Hats - Prices as marked
- Please note costs of embroidery are added on to the original cost of the hat.
- Cap-Z Fonts/Colours - from $15
- Pick from our range of preloaded fonts and colours for your custom hat!
- Upload Your Own Logo or Image - from $35
- For Cap-Z to use your image, we must have it digitised. This process is built into the $35 cost.
- This digitisation cost is a one-off expense - if you wish to order more than one hat with a custom logo or image, please contact us at info@cap-z.com.au to avoid paying the digitisation fee more than once.
- All artwork is subject to approval.
Important Information
- Cap-Z aims to process all embroidery orders with 1-2 business days of your order being placed. This excludes orders for custom logo embroidery.
- Cap-Z will need an additional 1-2 business days for custom logos to be prepared and digitised.
- In times of high demand, there may be a delay in processing your order. If this is the case, we will keep you updated!
- Our custom hat designer is provided for mock-up purposes only. There may be slight variations in how fonts and colours appear on the final product. Any major variations will be discussed with you before we produce your hat!
- All Embroidery sales are final - exchange or refund not available unless faulty.
Bulk Orders
Our embroidery app is designed to price and produce hats on an individual basis. This is important to note if you are ordering more than one (1) hat with your own logo, as you'll be charged for multiple digitisation fees.
