RETURNS POLICY

Size is wrong? Doesn’t quite fit or look how you thought it might? It happens. We make every effort to assist you in selecting the right style or size but understand when a product isn’t quite right.

That’s why we offer a 30‑day returns policy on all full‑priced orders*, provided the item is in brand new condition with the original stickers and tags still attached and is in a re-sellable condition.

Returns are available for Refund Only, we do not provide exchanges. If you require a replacement item please place a new order for that item, your original order will be

refunded once the item gets back to us.

Please note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend keeping your tracking number as proof of delivery.

All shipping costs are non‑refundable. Refunds will only cover the cost of the items once they have arrived back to us.

Items must have original tags and stickers attached. Any items without them will be marked ‘Return to Sender’.

Items must be in original, brand new condition suitable for resale. Items that do not meet this requirement will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment only.

For all returns, please email us at info@cap-z.com.au for instructions. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 1–3 business days.
