Some of our customers might already be major fans of these brands, but if not, this is a great opportunity for people to learn a bit more about these legendary labels.
Founded in 1920, this label headquartered in Buffalo, NY celebrated its 100th year anniversary earlier this year. What initially started out as a passion project in New York has exploded into a global brand that is recognisable as the most iconic and reputable headwear company in the world, and for good reason. New Era’s legacy is tied to its roots in popular culture and sports heritage, specialising in high-quality headwear that is the official cap to some of the world’s largest sporting leagues. Since 1993, New Era has been the exclusive baseball cap supplier for Major League Baseball. Top celebrities from actors to musicians have been seen sporting these iconic caps, including the likes of Nelly, Eminem, Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio.
Founded in 1904 and headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, you can buy authentic team apparel from throwback NBA and NFL jerseys, to vintage tees and hats from Mitchell & Ness. What’s surprising about this brand is that it initially started out as a golf and tennis apparel provider. These legends are one of the longest standing brands when it comes to jersey, headwear and sporting apparel and are known for their original retro and vintage designs that evoke a sense of nostalgia for their audience. Celebs with thread credibility who have been spotted repping these designs are Wiz Khalifa and Tyga.
Another US clothing company based in Pennsylvania, Majestic Athletic was founded in 1976 and has built a solid reputation for their high-performance fan apparel. They’re one of the only brands who carry merchandise across every team in the NFL, MLB and NBA which is great news for everyone who is into these sports, particularly for those individuals who support some of the smaller, less well-known teams. Majestic currently designs and manufactures licensed casual wear with their extensive offering including t-shirts, pants, hats and goodies.
Founded in 2007, AS Colour is all about great quality basic garments that are ethically produced and affordable. Although a lot of the brands we stock are American (the reason for that being that they specialise in merch for many US sporting leagues and associations which is a big part of what we do) we also love supporting Australian-based brands in our stores and online. AS Colour are known for manufacturing quality basics that are simple and classic in form. They produce a broad range of premium apparel that is thoughtfully designed and will stand the test of time. Choose from blank singlets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hoodies and more. Their products are great essentials that can be added to any outfit, and look awesome worn on their own or paired with other sports merch from other brands.
