The role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will help drive your team to success by building a regular customer base and delivering exceptional customer service every time. Self-motivated and rewards driven individuals will be successful by treating the business as if it were their own.

You will be a leader in our business and will thrive in an environment where superior customer service is paramount. You will actively contribute to team objectives whilst embracing your desire to challenge yourself and others to be the best they can be.

  • be a highly experienced retail professional who is accountable for all aspects of your store
  • take pride in providing a store which is encouraging, warm and welcoming for our team, customers and community members
  • ensure your store is well presented and your team provide excellent customer service, delivering store profit

  • lead, coach and develop a team
  • ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded
  • keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring visual merchandising, customer service and leadership are at the forefront of everything you do
  • be bold and act with pace while ensuring great quality of service and products
  • Drive compliance across the store network and continuously seek opportunities to improve profitability and market share
  • care passionately about maintaining a safe environment for our team and customers

Store Manager Opportunities - CAP-Z

 

The role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an exciting growing business. Your focus in this role is to achieve key commercial targets and provide outstanding customer service by developing and delivering a store retail plan.
